Tanya Bhardwaj is a New Delhi–based creative director, brand strategist and restauranteur known for building culturally resonant brands across hospitality, lifestyle and design.

With a background in visual communication and over a decade of experience across branding, creative direction and consumer experiences, she has worked with restaurants, lifestyle brands and emerging businesses to build brands that feel emotionally resonant, visually distinct and culturally relevant.

As the founder of 31-12 Studio, Tanya’s work focuses on creating ecosystems that resonate with people. Her approach blends strategy with aesthetics — combining thoughtful positioning, design systems, spatial storytelling and digital communication into cohesive brand universes.

Her visual language is rooted in warmth, texture, intimacy and modern sensibilities, with a strong belief that good branding should feel lived-in rather than manufactured.

Tanya is also the Co-Founder and Chief Brand Officer at The Grammar Room, in New Delhi, where she has helped shape one of the city’s most distinctive hospitality brands. Beyond work, she is drawn to travel, movement and dance, and the small rituals that shape how people experience everyday life.
